Como todos sabemos... la guerra ha comenzado. Una vez más los MM.CC están teniendo un papel importante. Al papel de la prensa y especialmente al de la TV en la Guerra del Golfo (1991) tenemos que añadir ahora la red como elemento destacado de esta guerra. Por un lado como medio de información y por otro como claro elemento de oposición a la guerra (permitiendo organizar movilizaciones a nivel global).
- La guerra que se verá por Internet (Wired)
Son muchos aspectos los que se podrían señalar. Pero entre ellos cabe destacar también el uso de los weblogs en tiempos de guerra. Con unos cuantos enlaces y lecturas recomendadas tenemos el último Blogonomía de José Luis Orihuela: Warblogging en la guerra de Internet
Entre los warblogs que más repercusión están teniendo:
1. Kevin Sites (Corresponsal de CNN que tuvo que cerrar por su weblog por "instrucciones" de la cadena)
2. Back to Iraq 2.0 del periodista Christopher Allbritton que ha recaudado donaciones para viajar hasta la zona. Partirá el próximo miércoles. La revista Wired le dedicó un artículo (Via: tintachina)
